Choice between first: Buis itinerary ,easy and short wayout by perroquet ladder -second : longest and more difficult - footbridge-overhanging- gardens and Saut du mouton.
Beautiful view on Albarine valley.
Not recommended by humid weather.
Approch :
Tenay town is on 504 main road.Parking Tenay or Hostiaz.Signposts at the north village of Hostiaz.
It is possible to take the footpath in front of the pharmacy at Tenay. (40 min)
