Top peak at 7800 feet !
Nice altitude atmosphere and daytime.
The ferrata is a succession of ledges and small verticals rocks. It’s an ironway as those of Dolomites.
Magnificent view, many marmots when returning. The return is at the right of
the peak top with a sloping way.
Attention, the uneven is about 920 yards including the approach. Be cautious with the altitud, take your precautions.
Approch :
The parking is at Pont de l’Alpe village between Lautare pass and Monêtier-les-Bains village, on 91 main road.
Go up the way to Alpe du Lauzet chalets, then follow in the small valley turning on your right (some cairns).
The ferrata beginning is at the top of grassies edges. (More than 320 yards of uneven)
